FEB UNS telah mengembangkan kerjasama internasional dengan beberapa universitas yang terkemuka dan beberapa lembaga seperti Universitas Perdue ( AS), Univeritas Limoges (Prancis), Univeritas Portsmouth (Inggris), Universitas Twente (Belanda), Science Po Toulouse (Prancis), and Universitas Curtin ( Australia).
Kami telah bergabung dengan Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business International (AACSB). Pada tahun 2016, Program Magister Manajemen telah terakreditasi oleh the Alliance on Business Education and Scholarship for Tomorrow (ABEST 21).
FEB UNS berhasil mengadakan sejumlah acara akademik internasional yang bergengsi, yaitu “The 8th Conference on Risk, Banking, and Financial Stability” in collaboration with the Journal of Financial Stability pada tahun 2013 dan Asian Finance Association Conference di tahun 2014.
