Outstanding, FEB UNS Lecturer is Appointed as the Chairman of AIBI

Another extraordinary achievement was again made by a lecturer of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS). Catur Sugiarto, S.E., M.SM., M.Rech., Ph.D., CDMP., who currently also serves as Head of Business Incubator UNS Innovation Hub, was appointed as the Chairman of the Indonesian Business Incubator Association (AIBI) for the period 2023-2027.

The assignment was handed over symbolically by Prof. Hadi K. Purwadaria the Founder of AIBI, through a short procession in the opening of the ISSIE 2023 International Seminar and AIBI 2023 Annual Congress, Saturday, May 27, 2023, at de Tjolomadoe, Karanganyar.

In his short speech, Dr. Catur expresses his gratitude to the participants who have been attending the ISSIE agenda and AIBI annual congress. He also expressed his gratitude for the trust placed in the elected officials for the period 2023-2027. “Thank you for the trust shown in us as the managing committee of AIBI, an organization that has been established since 1995. I would like to invite all AIBI members and administrators to keep on developing the nation and state through innovation. Let’s welcome new ideas and constructive challenges. Let’s continue to build AIBI into a great association and steer us into a bright future.”

Other than Dr. Catur, Dr. Harry (Kiwi) Aliwarga, currently CEO and Founder of UMG Idealab, was also appointed as the AIBI Secretary General.

The ISSIE and AIBI Annual Congress presented two keynote speakers and three invited speakers. The hybrid event held in De Tjolomadoe Karanganyar, which is also available through Zoom Cloud Meeting and Youtube Live Streaming, was attended by more than 300 participants both online and on-site. Attendees consisted of AIBI boards and members, startup entrepreneurs, business incubators, entrepreneurship observers, students, and the general public.

ISSIE 2023, A Successful Collaboration between FEB, UNS Innovation Hub, LPDP, and AIBI

Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta, in collaboration with UNS Innovation Hub, Indonesian Education Fund Management Institute (LPDP), and Indonesian Business Incubator Association (AIBI), hosted the International Seminar on Startup and Innovation-Driven Entrepreneurship (ISSIE) 2023, Saturday, May 27, 2023.

The hybrid international seminar, which took place at de Tjolomadoe Karanganyar and Zoom Meeting, presented two keynote speakers and three plenary session speakers. The five speakers are Assoc. Prof. Dr. Omar Khadeer Hussain from UNSW Canberra Australia, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fabien Pecot from TBS Business School Spain, Adi Rosanto CEO of Rosin Group, Dr. Kiwi Aliwarga from UMG Idealab who also serves as AIBI Secretary General, and Khresna Bayu Sangka, Ph.D. from UNS, who currently serves as the Head of AIBI’s Studies and Research Division.

In the welcoming speech, Timotius Suryadi, the Regional Secretary of Karanganyar Municipality delivered a welcome speech representing the Regent of Karanganyar, Drs. H. Juliyatmono, M.M. Through his speech, Timothius expressed his honor on the occasion of welcoming the seminar participants and AIBI members attending the international seminar. “Startups and entrepreneurship are a vital part of driving economic growth. Both sectors are making positive changes. I hope all of you can interact with the speakers and learn from their knowledge and expertise,” he said.

Regarding the important role of startup business, this international seminar is also expected to be a medium to build networks between startups, by fostering opportunities for new challenges, media exchange of ideas, and exchange of experiences. Similar notions were expressed by Prof. Venty Suryanti, S.Si., M.Phil., Ph.D., Director of the UNS Directorate for Innovation and Downstreaming, through her opening remark.

“Today, start-ups have an essential role to play in the economy, with their contribution to economic growth and the environment. In this case, innovation is a crucial aspect for start-ups, where innovation can drive the performance of the startup business,” she explained.

Aside from delivering the opening speech, Prof. Venty also officially opened ISSIE 2023. Prof. Venty thanked all the committee members for their hard work in organizing the international seminar on “Startup & Innovation Ecosystems: Driving Economic Competitiveness.”

The event continued with the inauguration of AIBI Chairman and Board of Directors members for the period 2023-2027. Through this ceremony, Catur Sugiarto, S.E., M.SM., M.Rech., Ph.D., CDMP., a FEB UNS Lecturer, who also serves as Head of UNS Business Incubator, was inaugurated as the Chairman of AIBI along with Dr. Harry (Kiwi) Aliwarga as AIBI Secretary General.

Meanwhile, two keynote speakers Assoc. Prof. Dr. Omar Khadeer Hussain and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fabien Pecot delivered their material virtually. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Khadeer presented the material entitled ‘Agile Logistics for Economic Competitiveness.’ The second keynote speech was delivered by Assoc. Prof. Pecot, with the title ‘From Branding to Brand Image.’

As the third speaker, Dr. Khresna Bayu Sangka delivered a material entitled ‘Educational Logistics for Higher Education-based Business Incubator,’ which was followed by a material entitled ‘Make Ideas Happen’ by Dr. Kiwi Aliwarga. Meanwhile, Adi Rosanto as the last speaker delivered a material entitled, ‘Marketing and Innovation in Business.’

The ISSIE 2023 then followed by a question and answer session led by Dr. Tri Mulyaningsih as moderator. The agenda was attended by more than 300 participants both on-site and virtually. Also attending the event was FEB UNS Vice Dean for Academic, Research, and Student Affairs, Dr. Dwi Prasetyani. The seminar agenda was continued with the AIBI National Annual Congress, led by Dr. Catur Sugiarto, Chairman of AIBI.

Celebration of Prof. Agung Nur Probohudono Inauguration, the Chair of Faculty Senate Encourages FEB Lecturers to Achieve the Highest Academic Position

The Academic Community of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) took part in the Mangayubagyo (a celebration of special achievement) for Prof. Agung Nur Probohudono, S.E., M.Si., Ph.D., Ak., CA., CfrA., inauguration as Professor of Management Accounting FEB UNS.

The inauguration ceremony was held at the UNS G.P.H. Haryo Mataram Auditorium and was broadcasted through the Universitas Sebelas Maret YouTube Channel on Tuesday (23/5/2025). After the inauguration ceremony, a celebration was held in the Lobby of the Soeharno TS Building.

The Chairman of the Faculty Senate, Prof. Dr. Tulus Haryono, M.Ek., at the beginning of his speech, congratulated Prof. Agung Nur Probohudono and his family who have accomplished the outcome of their long hard work. He also congratulates the Accounting Study Program, and FEB UNS for contributing 20 professors to UNS.

Prof. Tulus encourages lecturers who already hold a doctorate degree to immediately continue their journey to reach the professorship.

“FEB is 47 years old and there are only 20 professors. I encourage the head of study programs to drive lecturers who have earned a doctorate (Ph.D.) degree to be professors, there are 16 Doctors in Management Study Program, 18 in Accounting Study Program, and 15 in Development Economy Study Program, and they need our encouragement and support,” he said.

Prof. Tulus also reminded that the Professor title is a timeless position. If you have earned a professorship, even after retiring you will hold your title as a professor, it is an honor. This is different for a structural position, which can be removed/changed.

The Dean of FEB UNS, Prof. Djoko Suhardjanto, M.Com., (Hons). Ph.D., Ak., in his speech, also congratulate Prof. Dono, the nickname for Prof. Agung Nur Probohudono. “I appreciate the efforts of our new professor, Prof. Dono, his efforts were extraordinary, with patience, along with his family encouragement, Mrs. Dono. Finally, today, he succeeded to accomplish the highest functional position,” he said.

The persistence of Prof. Dono hopefully can inspire dozens of FEB lecturers who have reached the Associate Professor position, to achieve professorship titles. Hopefully, Prof. Dono can strengthen FEB UNS to become a more victorious and more accomplished faculty.

DESP Public Lecture Discuss the Role of Surveys in Policy Formulation at Bank Indonesia

As the Central Bank in Indonesia, Bank Indonesia (BI) has three main policies, namely Monetary Policy, Macroprudential Policy, and Payment System and Rupiah Management Policy. These policies aim to maintain a stable macroeconomic and financial system, as well as contribute to promoting economic efficiency and inclusiveness, allowing the Indonesian economy to grow strong, and to be balanced, resilient, and prosperous.

This message was conveyed by Reza Anglingkusumo, Plt. (acting officer) for the Head of the BI Statistics Department, in a Public Lecture entitled The Role of Surveys in Policy Formulation at Bank Indonesia. The Public Lecture was hosted by the Development Economy Study Program (DESP), Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS), Friday, 26/5/2023 at the Suhardi Building Hall FEB UNS.

Furthermore, in carrying out its duties, BI can conduct surveys to obtain the data and information needed to support policy formulation. “The survey results conducted by BI are needed as one of the inputs in the policy formulation process at Bank Indonesia,” he explained in front of hundreds of students.

As an illustration, BI conducts several surveys related to the real sector to obtain relevant early information as input to the formulation of monetary policy. The survey includes Consumer Survey, Retail Sales Survey, and Business Sector Activity Survey, which monitors the latest domestic economic developments, and then serves as the input for pre-emptive and forward-looking monetary policy formulation.

The DESP Public Lectures went smoothly, with the invited speaker delivering a few interesting gifts to students who actively participate in the discussion.

Prof. Agung Nur Probohudono is Inaugurated as Professor of Management Accounting FEB UNS

Prof. Agung Nur Probohudono, S.E., M.Sc., Ph.D., Ak., CA., CfrA., was inaugurated as Professor in Management Accounting at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) on Tuesday (23/5/2025) at the Auditorium of G.P.H. Haryo Mataram UNS and was broadcasted via Universitas Sebelas Maret Official YouTube Channel.

Prof. Agung Nur Probohudono, the 20th professor in FEB UNS and the 260th in UNS, delivered his inaugural speech entitled Humanitarian-Based Accounting and Business Communication Disclosure Practices.

“This is my expertise journey in the field of management accounting. For me, this feels like the Bimo Suci arc in Javanese shadow puppetry, which signifies the learning process in the search for identity to obtain the truth. The story told that water is a source of life, which philosophically means that we all shall live to benefit others. Therefore, I would like to deliver this speech entitled Humanitarian-Based Accounting and Business Communication Disclosure Practices,” he explained.

Further, he mentioned that according to studies conducted on accounting disclosures, the main objective of the disclosure is related to how a company discloses specific information. This disclosure must be able to satisfy all stakeholders, to make everyone happy, particularly for humanity-based disclosure.

By providing business communication through humanity-based disclosures, a company can satisfy and make all stakeholders happy. This means that a company needs to establish good communication with the environment through various communication channels available within the company. Humanity-based communication such as the Javanese tradition of “among rasa” (maintaining good relationships) can make all parties satisfied.

Companies also need to build mutual learning and experience-sharing with their stakeholders to maintain business sustainability.

Mangayubagyo pengukuhan Prof. Agung Nur Probohudono, Ketua Senat Dorong Dosen FEB Capai Jabatan Fungsional Tertinggi

Sivitas Akademika Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB) Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) turut mangayubagyo atas pengukuhan Prof. Agung Nur Probohudono, S.E., M.Si., Ph.D., Ak., CA.,CfrA sebagai Guru Besar Bidang Akuntansi Manajemen FEB UNS.

Pengukuhan telah digelar di Auditorium G.P.H. Haryo Mataram UNS dan disiarkan langsung melalui Youtube Universitas Sebelas Maret pada Selasa (23/5/2025). Selepas pengukuhan diadakan seremoni di Lobi Gedung Soeharno TS.

Ketua Senat FEB, Prof. Dr. Tulus Haryono, M.Ek diawal sambutannya menyampaikan selamat kepada Prof. Agung Nur Probohudono dan keluarga yang telah memetik hasil dari seluruh jerih payah yang panjang, selamat kepada Prodi Akuntansi, dan selamat juga kepada FEB UNS yang telah melahirkan 20 guru besar.

Prof. Tulus mendorong agar dosen yang sudah bergelar doktor segera memproses untuk dapat mencapai guru besar.

“FEB sudah berusia 47 tahun dan baru ada 20 profesor. Tolong ketua jurusan untuk selalu mendorong dosen yang sudah bergelar doktor untuk bisa mencapai guru besar, Dosen Manajemen yang bergelar Doktor ada 16 orang, Akuntansi 18 orang, EP 15 orang, ini yang perlu kita dorong” katanya.

Prof. Tulus juga mengingatkan bahwa jabatan yang abadi adalah jabatan fungsional sebagai seorang profesor. Jika telah bergelar profesor, maka pensiun pun akan diundang profesor, sebuah kehormatan, namun jika hanya jabatan struktural, maka itu akan lepas.

Dekan FEB UNS, Prof. Djoko Suhardjanto, M.Com., (Hons). Ph.D, Ak. dalam sambutannya juga menyampaikan ucapan selamat kepada Prof. Dono, nama akrab untuk Prof. Agung Nurprobohudono.

“Saya sangat mengapresiasi upaya profesor baru kita, Prof. Dono, usahanya luar biasa, dengan kesabaran, dan juga atas dorongan keluarga, Bu Dono, sehingga sukses sampai jabatan fungsional tertinggi” ungkapnya.

Kegigihan Prof. Dono semoga bisa menginspirasi puluhan dosen FEB yang sudah mencapai jabatan lektor kepala, untuk dapat mencapai jabatan guru besar.

Semoga Prof. Dono semakin memperkuat FEB untuk menjadi lebih jaya lagi dan lebih berprestasi lagi.

Kuliah Umum Prodi EP Angkat Tema Peran Survei dalam Perumusan Kebijakan di Bank Indonesia

Sebagai Bank Sentral, Bank Indonesia (BI) memiliki tiga kebijakan utama yakni Kebijakan Moneter, Kebijakan Makroprudensial, serta Kebijakan Sistem Pembayaran dan Pengelolaan Uang Rupiah. Kebijakan-kebijakan ini ditujukan untuk menjaga kondisi ekonomi makro dan sistem keuangan yang stabil, serta berkontribusi dalam mendorong efisiensi dan inklusivitas perekonomian, sehingga perekonomian Indonesia dapat tumbuh kuat, berimbang, berdaya tahan, dan menyejahterakan.

Hal itu disampaikan Reza Anglingkusumo, Plt. Kepala Departemen Statistik BI pada Kuliah Umum bertajuk Peran Survei dalam Perumusan Kebijakan di Bank Indonesia yang digelar Program Studi S1 Ekonomi Pembangunan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB), Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS), Jumat, 26/5/2023 di Aula Gedung Suhardi FEB UNS.

Lebih lanjut dikatakan, dalam menjalankan tugasnya, BI dapat melakukan survei untuk memperoleh data dan informasi yang diperlukan dalam rangka mendukung perumusan kebijakan. ”Hasil survei yang dilakukan BI diperlukan sebagai salah satu input dalam proses perumusan kebijakan di Bank Indonesia” paparnya dihadapan ratusan mahasiswa.

Sebagai ilustrasi, BI melakukan beberapa survei terkait sektor riil untuk memperoleh informasi dini yang relevan sebagai input perumusan kebijakan moneter. Survei tersebut diantaranya adalah Survei Konsumen, Survei Penjualan Eceran, dan Survei Kegiatan Dunia Usaha, yang memantau perkembangan ekonomi domestik terkini, dan kemudian menjadi input bagi perumusan kebijakan moneter yang pre-emptive dan forward looking.

Kuliah Umum berjalan dengan lancar, narasumber memberikan sejumlah hadiah menarik kepada mahasiswa yang aktif berpartisipasi. (Tetri)

Prof. Agung Nur Probohudono Dikukuhkan Sebagai Guru Besar Bidang Akuntansi Manajemen FEB UNS

Prof. Agung Nur Probohudono, S.E., M.Si., Ph.D., Ak., CA.,CfrA dikukuhkan sebagai Guru Besar Bidang Akuntansi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB) Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) pada Selasa (23/5/2025) di Auditorium G.P.H. Haryo Mataram UNS dan disiarkan langsung melalui Youtube Universitas Sebelas Maret.

Prof. Agung Nur Probohudono yang merupakan guru besar ke 20 di FEB UNS dan ke 260 di UNS menyampaikan pidato pengukuhannya bertajuk Praktik Pengungkapan Akuntansi dan Komunikasi Bisnis Berbasis Kemanusiaan.

“Ini merupakan perjalanan di kepakaran saya selama ini yaitu di bidang akuntansi manajemen. Ibarat seperti dalam lakon wayang Bimo Suci yaitu proses pembelajaran dalam pencarian jati diri dalam mendapatkan kebenaran. Dalam kisah tersebut ada yang disebut dengan air sebagai sumber kehidupan yang secara filosofi adalah supaya kita bisa bermanfaat bagi sesama. Maka dari itu pidato ini saya beri judul Praktik Pengungkapan Akuntansi dan Komunikasi Bisnis Berbasis Kemanusiaan” jelasnya.

Disampaikannya, dari berbagai penelitian yang dilakukan dengan pengungkapan akuntansi, benang merahnya adalah pada bagaimana perusahaan mampu mengungkapkan informasinya secara spesifik yang kemudian mampu untuk membuat satisfy, everybody happy semua pemangku kepentingan khususnya yang berlandaskan dengan humanity atau kemanusiaan.

Cara membuat everybody happy yaitu dengan adanya komunikasi bisnis melalui pengungkapan yang berlandaskan kepada humanity, artinya kemudian perusahaan perlu berkomunikasi dengan lingkungan dengan baik pada berbagai saluran komunikasi di perusahaan. Komunikasi berlandaskan pada kemanusiaan seperti tradisi Jawa “among rasa” dapat membuat semua pihak merasa puas.

Perusahaan juga perlu menciptakan saling belajar dan berbagi pengalaman dengan para stakeholder-nya untuk menjaga keberlanjutan bisnis.

Riset Group Green Economy dan Sustainable Development FEB Hadirkan Tiga Narasumber di Webinar Internasional

Komitmen dalam pengembangan pariwisata, terutama komitmen pemimpin, sangatlah penting. Dalam hal pemberdayaan masyarakat terkait industri pariwisata, terdapat banyak metode yang dapat diterapkan atau disarankan kepada pelaku usaha pariwisata.

Hal tersebut diungkapkan oleh Dwi Marhen Yono, S.STP, M.Si., Direktur Pemasaran Pariwisata Kemenparekraf RI, pada event webinar internasional ‘Exploring the Potential of International Tourism Development Through Community Empowerment and Local Wisdom,’ pada Kamis, 25 Mei 2023.

Webinar internasional tersebut diselenggarakan oleh Riset Group Green Economy dan Sustainable Development Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB), Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS).

Tiga pembicara tamu hadir yakni Dwi Marhen Yono, S.STP, M.Si. (Direktur Pemasaran Pariwisata Kemenparekraf RI), Prof. Madya Dr. Norlida Hanim Mohd Salleh (Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia), dan Dr. Nurul Istiqomah, S.E.,M.Si (EP FEB Universitas Sebelas Maret).

Selain menyampaikan materi terkait pemulihan sektor pariwisata dan rencana pengembangan pariwisata Indonesia, Dwi Marhen juga menjelaskan proses sertifikasi halal yang telah dicanangkan oleh pemerintah. Hal tersebut diungkapkan pada sesi tanya jawab bersama peserta webinar.

Pembicara kedua, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Norlida Hanim menyampaikan materi berjudul ‘Rural Tourism: How Could Local Communities Develop Their Local Wisdom as Economic Values?’

Merespon materi yang telah disampaikan oleh Marhen, Prof. Norlida setuju bahwa saat ini wisata budaya telah menjadi permintaan masyarakat. Lebih lanjut, beliau kemudian menjelaskan aspek-aspek yang dibutuhkan untuk mengembangkan pariwisata pedesaan dan tantangan yang dihadapi.

“Perkembangan ini (sektor pariwisata) butuh peran pemerintah. Diperlukan pula pertimbangan terkait faktor kearifan lokal, dukungan lingkungan, perencanaan, dan perencanaan lain dari sektor internal masyarakat,” jelas Prof. Norlida, selaras dengan pernyataan Marhen.

Paparan materi berlanjut ke pemateri ketiga, yaitu Dr. Nurul Istiqomah berjudul ‘Pengembangan Pariwisata Berkelanjutan’ sekaligus mewakili RG Green Economy dan Sustainable Development.

Dalam paparannya, Dr. Nurul berfokus pada penerapan pariwisata berkelanjutan pasca pandemi Covid-19. Diungkapkan bahwa pariwisata Indonesia tumbuh dengan cepat setelah pandemi. Hal ini terbukti dengan Global Tourism Index dari Indonesia yang naik di tahun 2021.

“Perbedaan dari pariwisata berkelanjutan dan pariwisata konvensional adalah keterlibatan stakeholder. Dalam pariwisata konvensional, pembangunan ataupun pengembangan hanya melibatkan pelaku sektor pariwisata, seperti manajer ataupun pengelola situs wisata. Sementara pada pariwisata berkelanjutan, semua stakeholder daerah wisata dilibatkan dalam proses pengelolaan wisata, termasuk pula para pelancong yang mengunjungi lokasi wisata,” jelas Dr. Nurul.

Dosen Prodi S1 EP tersebut kemudian menjelaskan bahwa meskipun indeks pariwisata Indonesia naik, namun indikator pariwisata berkelanjutan belum banyak diperhatikan. “Untuk mengurangi dampak negatif dari sektor pariwisata, termasuk kerusakan alam, terdapat konsep carrying capacity.

Seperti yang telah dijelaskan oleh pemateri sebelumnya, yaitu perhitungan yang digunakan untuk membatasi jumlah pengunjung sehingga dapat meminimalkan efek negatif. Konsep ini diterapkan, contohnya, di daerah wisata Raja Ampat, yang memang didesain sedemikian rupa, sehingga jumlah pengunjung terbatas dan untuk mengurangi kerusakan lingkungan,” ungkapnya.

Menutup jalannya acara, Prof. Izza Mafruhah, Ketua RG Green Economy dan Sustainable Development, menyampaikan ucapan terima kasih kepada para pembicara yang telah hadir, dengan harapan agar sektor pariwisata dapat menjadi ‘bisnis kebahagiaan’ tidak hanya untuk para turis namun juga masyarakat sekitar.

Hebat, Dosen FEB UNS Didaulat Sebagai Ketua AIBI

Capaian luar biasa kembali ditorehkan oleh dosen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB), Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS). Catur Sugiarto, S.E., M.SM.,M.Rech.,Ph.D.,CDMP., yang saat ini juga menjabat sebagai Kepala Inkubator Bisnis UNS Innovation Hub, didaulat menjadi Ketua Asosiasi Inkubator Bisnis Indonesia (AIBI) untuk periode 2023-2027.

Penugasan tersebut diserahterimakan secara simbolis oleh Prof. Hadi K. Purwadaria sebagai Founder dari AIBI, melalui prosesi singkat dalam pembukaan Seminar Internasional ISSIE 2023 dan Rapat Kerja AIBI 2023, Sabtu, 27 Mei 2023 di De Tjolomadu, Karanganyar.

Dalam pidato singkatnya, Dr. Catur mengungkapkan rasa terimakasih kepada peserta yang telah hadir dalam agenda ISSIE dan rapat kerja AIBI. Ia juga mengungkapkan rasa terima kasihnya atas kepercayaan yang diberikan pada pengurus yang terpilih untuk periode 2023-2027.

“Terima kasih atas kepercayaan telah diberikan kepada kami sebagai pengurus AIBI, sebuah organisasi yang telah berdiri sejak 1995. Saya ingin mengajak semua anggota dan pengurus AIBI untuk dapat terus mengembangkan bangsa dan negara lewat inovasi. Mari kita sambut ide baru dan tantangan konstruktif. Mari kita terus membangun AIBI menjadi asosiasi yang besar dan mengarahkan kita ke masa depan yang cerah,” ungkapnya.

Selain Dr. Catur, dilantik pula Dr. Harry (Kiwi) Aliwarga, yang saat ini menjabat sebagai CEO dan Founder UMG Idealab, sebagai Sekjen AIBI.

Gelaran ISSIE dan Rapat Kerja AIBI tersebut menghadirkan dua pembicara keynote dan tiga invited speakers. Acara hybrid yang dilaksanakan di De Tjolomadoe Karanganyar serta berlangsung melalui Zoom Cloud Meeting dan Youtube Live Streaming tersebut dihadiri oleh lebih dari 300 peserta baik secara daring dan luring. Peserta yang hadir terdiri dari pengurus dan anggota AIBI, pelaku startup, pelaku inkubator bisnis, pemerhati kewirausahaan, mahasiswa, dan peserta umum.
