The Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Sebelas Maret (FEB UNS), held the Pre Job Training (PJT) Batch 1 on Thursday, 9 October 2025, at the Soedarah Soepono Hall, FEB UNS. The program was attended by 300 seventh-semester students as part of the career preparation activities for graduating students, under the theme “Becoming a Career-Ready Generation: Building Competence, Character, and Career.”
Vice Dean for Student and Alumni Affairs FEB UNS, Tastaftiyan Risfandy, S.E., M.Sc., Ph.D., in his opening remarks, highlighted the importance of student readiness in facing an increasingly competitive job market. “You are now at the final stage of your campus life. It’s natural to feel both eager to graduate and anxious about entering the workforce. Securing a job is not easy; it takes time and preparation. Today, you will learn directly from practitioners about what companies truly expect from fresh graduates,” he stated.
He emphasized that students need to prepare themselves comprehensively, not only through academic knowledge but also by developing skills and character that align with industry demands. “Don’t be busy marketing yourself to companies without having the right capabilities. Companies don’t simply need applicants; they look for talent that can add value,” he added.
The main speaker, M. Roby Hervindo, CSR Manager of PT Pertamina (Persero), shared insights on the current job market landscape and the competencies needed for students to shift from a student mindset to a professional mindset. He discussed major changes in the future of work based on the Future Jobs Report 2025, which projects the disappearance of 92 million jobs and the creation of 170 million new ones. This transformation, driven by technological advancement and industrial change, requires young generations to develop adaptability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Roby also highlighted the gap between fields of study and actual professions. According to data from the Indonesia Career Center Network (ICCN) and the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, 87% of students are in the wrong major, and 80% of employees work outside their academic background. This reflects the importance of developing transferable skills to remain relevant in a cross-disciplinary job market.
Through the “Preparing You” session, participants learned about key differences between student life and professional environments. The workplace demands efficiency, resilience, the ability to handle uncertainty, and the capacity to work within hierarchical organizational structures.
Roby introduced Pertamina’s PERTAMINA BEST (Behavior Skills for The Future) framework, which focuses on seven core competencies: collaboration, analytical skills, work management, continuous improvement, technological awareness, quality orientation, and adaptability. He also stressed the importance of personal attributes such as emotional, mental, and cognitive intelligence, integrity, and learning agility in supporting professional performance.
He further outlined Pertamina’s commitment to creating an inclusive work environment through the Respectful Workplace Policy, which ensures a workplace free from discrimination, violence, and harassment. Pertamina is the first state-owned enterprise to launch official guidelines on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), with 20% female employees and 19.24% women in leadership positions as of Q1 2024.
The Pre Job Training program not only served as a career preparation platform but also encouraged students to enter the professional world with strong character, competitive skills, and a commitment to lifelong learning. In line with FEB UNS’s commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), this activity contributes to SDG 4 (Quality Education) by improving students’ career skills and readiness, and SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) by nurturing competent, competitive, and high-integrity human resources for the job market.

Pre Job Training Batch 1, FEB UNS Bekali Mahasiswa Siap Kerja
Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB) Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) menggelar kegiatan Pre Job Training (PJT) Batch 1, Kamis, 9 Oktober 2025 di Aula Gedung Soedarah Soepono FEB UNS.
Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 300 mahasiswa semester 7 sebagai bagian dari pembekalan menjelang masa akhir studi, dengan tema “Menjadi Generasi Siap Kerja: Membangun Kompetensi, Karakter, dan Karier.”
Wakil Dekan Bidang Kemahasiswaan dan Alumni FEB UNS, Tastaftiyan Risfandy, S.E., M.Sc., Ph.D. dalam sambutannya menekankan pentingnya kesiapan mahasiswa dalam menghadapi dunia kerja yang semakin kompetitif.

“Anda semua saat ini berada di masa-masa akhir di kampus. Perasaan pasti bercampur, antara ingin segera lulus tapi juga mulai memikirkan dunia kerja. Nah, mencari kerja itu tidak mudah, semuanya butuh proses. Hari ini, kita belajar langsung dari praktisi tentang apa sebenarnya yang diharapkan perusahaan dari para lulusan baru,” ungkapnya.
Ia juga menegaskan bahwa mahasiswa perlu menyiapkan diri secara utuh, tidak hanya dengan pengetahuan akademik, tetapi juga dengan keterampilan dan karakter yang selaras dengan kebutuhan dunia industri.
“Jangan sampai kita sibuk menjual diri ke perusahaan, tapi justru tidak memiliki kemampuan yang dibutuhkan. Karena perusahaan tidak membutuhkan Anda semata, tetapi mencari talenta yang bisa memberi nilai tambah,” pesannya.

Sebagai narasumber utama, M. Roby Hervindo, CSR Manager PT Pertamina (Persero), membagikan wawasan mengenai tantangan dunia kerja masa kini dan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan agar mahasiswa dapat bertransformasi dari student mindset menuju professional mindset.
Roby membagikan pandangan strategis mengenai tantangan dunia kerja masa depan serta keterampilan yang harus dimiliki mahasiswa agar mampu bersaing di pasar tenaga kerja global.
Dalam paparannya, Roby menyoroti perubahan besar di dunia kerja berdasarkan Future Jobs Report 2025 yang menunjukkan bahwa 92 juta pekerjaan akan hilang, namun 170 juta pekerjaan baru akan tercipta. Perubahan ini didorong oleh kemajuan teknologi dan transformasi industri, yang menuntut generasi muda untuk memiliki kemampuan adaptasi, kolaborasi, dan pembelajaran berkelanjutan.
Selain itu, Roby juga menyinggung fenomena ketidaksesuaian antara bidang studi dan pekerjaan. Berdasarkan data Indonesia Career Center Network (ICCN) dan Kemdikbud Ristek, 87% mahasiswa salah jurusan dan 80% pekerja bekerja tidak sesuai dengan latar belakang pendidikannya. Hal ini menunjukkan perlunya kesadaran mahasiswa untuk mengembangkan transferable skills agar tetap relevan di dunia kerja lintas bidang.

Melalui sesi bertema Preparing You, peserta diajak memahami perbedaan mendasar antara kehidupan sebagai mahasiswa dan profesional. Dunia kerja menuntut efisiensi, ketahanan terhadap kegagalan, kemampuan menghadapi ketidakpastian, serta kemampuan bekerja dalam struktur organisasi yang hierarkis.
Roby juga berbagi konsep yang telah diimplementasikan di Pertamina yakni PERTAMINA BEST (Behavior Skills for The Future) yang berfokus pada tujuh kompetensi utama: kolaborasi, kemampuan analisis, manajemen kerja, perbaikan berkelanjutan, kesadaran teknologi, orientasi kualitas, dan adaptabilitas. Di samping itu, ia menegaskan pentingnya potensi individu seperti kecerdasan emosional, mental, kognitif, integritas, serta learning agility dalam menunjang kinerja profesional.
Lebih lanjut, Roby memaparkan komitmen Pertamina dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang inklusif melalui penerapan Respectful Workplace Policy, kebijakan yang menjamin tempat kerja bebas dari diskriminasi, kekerasan, dan pelecehan.
Pertamina juga menjadi BUMN pertama yang meluncurkan panduan resmi tentang keberagaman, kesetaraan, dan inklusi (DEI), dengan rasio 20% pekerja perempuan dan 19,24% pemimpin perempuan di kuartal I 2024.
Kegiatan Pre Job Training ini tidak hanya menjadi sarana pembekalan karier, tetapi juga wadah bagi mahasiswa untuk menyiapkan diri menghadapi dunia profesional dengan karakter yang kuat, kompetensi unggul, dan semangat long-life learning.
Selaras dengan komitmen FEB UNS terhadap Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs), kegiatan ini berkontribusi pada SDG 4: Pendidikan Berkualitas melalui peningkatan keterampilan dan kesiapan karier mahasiswa, serta SDG 8: Pekerjaan Layak dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dengan mendorong terciptanya sumber daya manusia yang kompeten, berdaya saing, dan berintegritas di dunia kerja.

SMA Muhammadiyah PK Kottabarat Students Join Sit In University Program at FEB UNS
Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta welcomed eighteen student from the 9th grade class at SMA Muhammadiyah Program Khusus (PK) Kottabarat for the Sit In University Program on Monday, 6 October 2025. These students will join classes at FEB UNS for two weeks: 12 students in the Management Study Program, and two students each in Accounting, Development Economics, and Digital Business. The opening ceremony took place at Meeting Room 1, Soeharno TS Building, FEB UNS, and was attended by the faculty leadership and representatives from the school.
The program started with a student handover ceremony, represented by the Principal of SMA Muhammadiyah PK Kottabarat, Hendro Susilo, S.Pd., and received by the Vice Dean for Academic and Research Affairs of FEB UNS, Prof. Dr. Tri Mulyaningsih, S.E., M.Si., Ph.D. In her remarks, Prof. Tri expressed appreciation for the trust placed in FEB UNS as a learning partner for the students. “We thank Mr. Hendro and the school leadership for entrusting FEB UNS to provide students with the opportunity to learn and experience academic life more closely,” said Prof. Tri.
Prof. Tri then introduced various study programs offered at FEB UNS, including Management, Development Economics, Accounting, and Digital Business, which matched the students’ interests. She emphasized the importance of understanding the academic requirements of each program based on the Merdeka Curriculum applied in schools. She also explained several admission pathways to UNS, such as the National Selection Based on Achievement (SNBP), National Selection Based on Test (SNBT), and the Independent Selection pathway.
She encouraged students to prepare early, both through academic achievements and by strengthening their test-taking skills. “Several study programs at FEB, such as Digital Business and Management, have highly competitive admission rates, so thorough preparation is essential,” she explained.Furthermore, Prof. Tri introduced the International Class Program at FEB UNS, which offers a fully English-taught learning environment and international exposure through the UNS Global Challenge Program. “Students in the international class have the opportunity to receive support from UNS to participate in the UNS Global Challenge Program abroad,” she added.
Meanwhile, Principal Hendro Susilo explained that the Sit In University Program aims to provide students with first-hand experience of the learning environment at higher education institutions. “We want our students to develop strong mental readiness and competencies so that they can compete for their dream study programs. Through this activity, they gain insights into the academic atmosphere, learning processes, and opportunities for self-development at the university level,” he stated.

He also expressed hope that this initiative would strengthen collaboration with FEB UNS in preparing young generations who are faithful, competent, and able to make positive contributions to society. The Sit-in University Program represents one of FEB UNS’s concrete efforts to build stronger collaboration with secondary schools in fostering students’ learning motivation and readiness for higher education. This initiative aligns with the commitment to achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education.

Supporting International-Standard Learning, Project-Based Learning Laboratory of FEB UNS Develops English for Economic and Business Module
The Project-Based Learning (PBL), Laboratory of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Sebelas Maret (FEB UNS), organized a coordination meeting to develop the English for Economic and Business module on Friday, 26 September 2025. This activity followed-up the previous Workshop on Semester Learning Plan (RPS) and English Teaching Material Development, held on 19 September 2025.
The meeting took place in Meeting Room 2, Soeharno Building, FEB UNS, and was attended by the Vice Dean for Academic and Research Affairs, Prof. Tri Mulyaningsih, S.E., M.Si., Ph.D., along with lecturers representing each study program at FEB UNS. This coordination meeting marked a concrete step in preparing the English for Economic and Business module according to each program’s learning needs.

In her remarks, Prof. Tri emphasized that this module development serves as an essential follow-up to the previous workshop, aiming to strengthen the application of the RPS design and align it more closely with the intended learning outcomes. She also highlighted the importance of continuously improving students’ English proficiency to meet the demands of both the professional world and international academic settings.
The module development process involved three working groups consisting of lecturers from different study programs. Each group was assigned specific tasks based on text types and economic-business themes. The coordination resulted in several key agreements. Each group is required to collect and compile texts with different characteristics according to the chapter type (e.g., explanation, report, recount). Every chapter must include one text of up to one page and one audio podcast of up to five minutes. All materials must be developed using the standardized module template provided by the PBL Laboratory. The submission deadline for the module drafts is set for 10 October 2025, with all documents to be compiled through the designated official RPS and module preparation virtual workspace.

The meeting proceeded in an active and collaborative atmosphere, with lecturers exchanging ideas and experiences in selecting effective English learning approaches for economics and business students. Through this initiative, FEB UNS aims to produce an English module that not only strengthens students’ language skills but also enhances their analytical and communication abilities in professional contexts.
This activity also reflects the spirit of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) through the improvement of learning quality, and SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) by preparing competent human resources with global competitiveness.

Finalizing Business Accreditation, FEB UNS Strengthens Preparation for AACSB International Accreditation
The Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Sebelas Maret (FEB UNS), continues to demonstrate its commitment to achieving global education standards through the international accreditation process of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). As part of this effort, FEB UNS held the Finalization of Business Accreditation (BuA) AACSB on Friday, 26 September 2025, at the Mangkunegara Lounge, UNS Inn.
The event was attended by the entire Dean Office team, including Prof. Bhimo Rizky Samudro, S.E., M.Si., Ph.D. (Dean of FEB UNS); Prof. Tri Mulyaningsih, S.E., M.Si., Ph.D. (Vice Dean for Academic and Research Affairs and Chair of AACSB); Tastaftiyan Risfandy, S.E., M.Sc., Ph.D. (Vice Dean for Student and Alumni Affairs); and Sutaryo, S.E., M.Si., Ph.D., Ak., CA., CRA., CRP., ACPA. (Vice Dean for Non-Academic Affairs). Also present was the AACSB taskforce team, which plays a key role in preparing the accreditation documents.
During the event, the leadership team provided strategic directions for finalizing the Business Accreditation (BuA) documents, a critical component in meeting AACSB quality criteria. They emphasized the importance of maintaining consistency between academic practices, supporting data, and faculty achievements to align with international standards.
The session continued with a presentation by Putra Pamungkas, S.E., M.Rech., Ph.D., who outlined the progress and refinement of the AACSB BuA documents.Before reaching this stage, the AACSB team of FEB UNS had undertaken a series of intensive preparations, including Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) with experts from both domestic and international universities that have received AACSB accreditation. These activities deepened the team’s understanding of global accreditation standards and their implementation. Additionally, regular internal discussions with the Dean Office and the taskforce team have been carried out to align strategies, performance indicators, and the development of supporting materials for the accreditation process.

FEB UNS’s commitment to this process aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) by improving the quality and relevance of higher education, and SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) by developing excellent and globally competitive human resources.

Finalisasi BuA, FEB UNS Perkuat Persiapan Menuju Akreditasi Internasional AACSB
Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Sebelas Maret (FEB UNS) terus menunjukkan komitmennya dalam mewujudkan pendidikan berstandar global melalui proses akreditasi internasional AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business).
Untuk menuju tahapan pencapaian tersebut, FEB UNS menyelenggarakan kegiatan Finalisasi Business Accreditation (BuA) AACSB, Jumat 26 September 2025 di Ruang Mangkunegara Lounge UNS Inn.

Di kegiatan tersebut, jajaran dekanat memberikan arahan strategis mengenai finalisasi dokumen Business Accreditation (BuA), yang menjadi bagian penting dari proses pemenuhan kriteria mutu AACSB. Arahan tersebut menegaskan pentingnya konsistensi antara praktik akademik, data pendukung, dan capaian fakultas agar selaras dengan standar internasional.


Acara dilanjutkan dengan presentasi oleh Putra Pamungkas, S.E., M.Rech., Ph.D., yang menjabarkan perkembangan dan penyempurnaan dokumen BuA AACSB.
Sebelum tahap finalisasi ini, tim AACSB FEB UNS juga telah melakukan berbagai rangkaian persiapan intensif, diantaranya Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dengan menghadirkan pakar dari universitas yang telah terakreditasi AACSB, baik dari dalam maupun luar negeri, untuk memperdalam pemahaman terkait implementasi standar akreditasi global.
Selain itu, diskusi rutin internal bersama jajaran dekanat dan tim taskforce terus dilakukan untuk menyelaraskan strategi, indikator kinerja, serta arah pengembangan materi yang mendukung proses akreditasi.Komitmen FEB UNS dalam proses ini juga sejalan dengan tujuan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), terutama SDG 4 (Pendidikan Berkualitas) melalui peningkatan kualitas dan relevansi pembelajaran di pendidikan tinggi, serta SDG 8 (Pekerjaan Layak dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi) melalui pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang unggul, kompetitif, dan berdaya saing internasional.

Dukung Pembelajaran Berstandar Global, Laboratorium Project Based Learning FEB UNS Susun Modul English for Economic and Business
Laboratorium Project Based Learning (PBL) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Sebelas Maret (FEB UNS) kembali melaksanakan Koordinasi Penyusunan Modul English for Economic and Business, Jumat 26 September 2025.
Kegiatan ini merupakan tindak lanjut dari kegiatan Workshop Penyusunan Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS) dan Materi Ajar Bahasa Inggris Bidang Ekonomi dan Bisnis yang diselenggarakan pada 19 September 2025 lalu.
Kegiatan yang diselenggarakan di Ruang Sidang 2 Gedung Soeharno FEB UNS dihadiri oleh Wakil Dekan Bidang Akademik dan Penelitian, Prof. Tri Mulyaningsih, S.E., M.Si., Ph.D. serta dosen perwakilan dari masing-masing program studi di FEB UNS.
Rapat ini merupakan langkah konkret dalam penyusunan modul English for Economic and Business, sesuai dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran di setiap program studi.

Dalam arahannya, Prof. Tri Mulyaningsih menyampaikan bahwa penyusunan modul ini merupakan tindak lanjut penting dari workshop sebelumnya, dengan tujuan memperkuat implementasi hasil rancangan RPS agar lebih aplikatif dan sesuai dengan capaian pembelajaran lulusan (CPL).
Ia juga menegaskan bahwa kemampuan bahasa Inggris mahasiswa FEB UNS perlu terus ditingkatkan agar dapat memenuhi tuntutan dunia kerja dan kebutuhan akademik internasional.
Rapat penyusunan modul ini diikuti oleh tiga kelompok kerja yang telah dibentuk. Masing-masing kelompok beranggotakan perwakilan dosen lintas program studi dengan pembagian tugas penyusunan modul berdasarkan jenis teks dan tema ekonomi bisnis.
Dari hasil koordinasi, disepakati beberapa poin penting, antara lain setiap kelompok mencari dan menyusun teks dengan karakteristik berbeda sesuai jenis chapter (explanation, report, recount, dan sebagainya); Setiap chapter wajib menyertakan satu teks maksimal satu halaman dan satu audio podcast berdurasi maksimal lima menit; Seluruh materi dikembangkan menggunakan template modul yang telah disediakan oleh Laboratorium PBL. Dan batas waktu pengumpulan modul ditetapkan hingga 10 Oktober 2025, dengan seluruh dokumen dikompilasi melalui tautan resmi penyusunan RPS dan modul pembelajaran.
Kegiatan berlangsung secara aktif dan kolaboratif. Para dosen saling berbagi ide dan pengalaman dalam menentukan pendekatan pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris yang tepat bagi mahasiswa di bidang ekonomi dan bisnis.

Melalui diskusi ini, diharapkan FEB UNS memiliki modul Bahasa Inggris yang tidak hanya meningkatkan kemampuan linguistik mahasiswa, tetapi juga memperkuat kemampuan analitis dan komunikasi mereka dalam konteks profesional.
Kegiatan ini juga sejalan dengan semangat Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), khususnya dalam mendukung SDG 4 (Pendidikan Berkualitas) melalui peningkatan mutu pembelajaran, serta SDG 8 (Pekerjaan Layak dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi) dengan menyiapkan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dan berdaya saing internasional.

Siswa SMA Muhammadiyah PK Kottabarat Ikuti Program Sit In University di FEB UNS
Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB) Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta menerima kunjungan 18 peserta didik kelas XI SMA Muhammadiyah Program Khusus (PK) Kottabarat dalam kegiatan Sit In University pada Senin, 6 Oktober 2025.
18 siswa tersebut akan mengikuti perkuliahan selama dua pekan di FEB UNS, 12 siswa di Prodi S1 Manajemen dan di Prodi Akuntansi, Ekonomi Pembangunan serta Bisnis Digital masing-masing 2 siswa.
Acara berlangsung di Ruang Sidang 1 Gedung Soeharno TS FEB UNS dan dihadiri oleh jajaran pimpinan fakultas serta perwakilan sekolah.
Kegiatan ini diawali dengan seremoni serah terima siswa yang diwakili oleh Kepala Sekolah SMA Muhammadiyah PK Kottabarat, Hendro Susilo, S.Pd., dan diterima oleh Wakil Dekan Bidang Akademik dan Penelitian FEB UNS, Prof. Dr. Tri Mulyaningsih, S.E., M.Si., Ph.D.

Dalam sambutannya, Prof. Tri menyampaikan apresiasi atas kepercayaan yang diberikan kepada FEB UNS sebagai mitra pembelajaran bagi siswa SMA Muhammadiyah PK Kottabarat.
“Kami berterima kasih kepada Pak Hendro dan jajaran sekolah atas kepercayaannya menitipkan siswa untuk belajar dan mengenal lebih dekat kehidupan akademik di FEB UNS,” ujar Prof. Tri.
Lebih lanjut Prof. Tri Beliau memberikan penjelasan mengenai berbagai program studi di FEB UNS, antara lain Manajemen, Ekonomi Pembangunan, Akuntansi, dan Bisnis Digital yang menjadi pilihan minat peserta. Ia menekankan pentingnya memahami syarat akademik setiap program studi sesuai kurikulum Merdeka yang berlaku di sekolah.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Prof. Tri juga memperkenalkan berbagai jalur masuk ke UNS, seperti Seleksi Nasional Berbasis Prestasi (SNBP), Seleksi Nasional Berbasis Tes (SNBT), serta jalur mandiri.

Ia mengingatkan agar para siswa sejak dini mempersiapkan diri, baik melalui prestasi akademik maupun kemampuan mengerjakan soal-soal ujian.
“Beberapa program studi di FEB, seperti Bisnis Digital dan Manajemen, memiliki tingkat keketatan yang tinggi, sehingga dibutuhkan persiapan yang matang,” jelasnya.
Lebih lanjut, Prof. Tri mengenalkan program Kelas Internasional di FEB UNS yang memberikan kesempatan belajar 100% menggunakan bahasa Inggris serta pengalaman internasional melalui program UNS Global Challenge.

“Mahasiswa yang mengikuti kelas internasional berpeluang mendapat dukungan dari UNS untuk mengikuti program UNS Global Challenge di luar negeri,” tambahnya.
Sementara itu, Kepala Sekolah SMA Muhammadiyah PK Kottabarat, Hendro Susilo, S.Pd., menyampaikan bahwa program Sit In University bertujuan memberikan pengalaman langsung kepada siswa dalam mengenal karakteristik pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi.
“Kami ingin anak-anak kami memiliki kesiapan mental dan kompetensi yang baik agar mampu bersaing masuk ke program studi impian mereka. Melalui kegiatan ini, para siswa memperoleh wawasan tentang lingkungan akademik, proses pembelajaran, dan peluang pengembangan diri di dunia perkuliahan” tuturnya.

Ia juga berharap kegiatan ini dapat memperkuat kerja sama dengan FEB UNS dalam mempersiapkan generasi muda yang beriman, berkompeten, dan berkontribusi positif bagi masyarakat.
Program Sit In University menjadi salah satu langkah nyata FEB UNS dalam memperkuat kolaborasi dengan sekolah menengah dalam rangka menumbuhkan semangat belajar dan kesiapan melanjutkan pendidikan tinggi, sejalan dengan komitmen terhadap pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (Sustainable Development Goals), khususnya SDG 4: Pendidikan Berkualitas.

Entrepreneurship Laboratory of FEB UNS Holds bluChamp 2025: Building Students’ Personal Branding and Financial Literacy
The Entrepreneurship Laboratory at Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS), led by Miftachul Ma’Arif, S.E.I., M.M., LSS.Cp., in collaboration with MarkPlus Institute and blu by BCA Digital, organized an event entitled bluChamp 2025: Unlocking Your Future – Building Your Personal Branding and Financial Management for Career Success. The event, attended by more than 50 students, took place at the Konimex Hall, 3rd Floor, Bachtiar Effendi Building, FEB UNS, on Wednesday, 1 October 2025. This activity was part of the bluChamp Joglosemar Edition, a self-development roadshow and business competition for university students.
Through this interactive seminar, participants gained a better understanding of strategies for building personal branding, digital financial management (digital cash stuffing), and information on the upcoming bluChamp Business Case Competition, a student-level business case analysis competition. Two inspiring speakers were featured in this session: Cintya Auricasita (Growth and Acquisition, BCA Digital) and Kintan Himawati (Senior Business Analyst, MarkPlus Institute). They shared practical experiences in digital business and career development, providing students with real insights to prepare for the professional world.
In his remarks, Tastaftiyan Risfandy, S.E., M.Sc., Ph.D., Vice Dean for Student and Alumni Affairs of FEB UNS, emphasized the importance of such activities in supporting students’ self-actualization. “Activities like this are essential for students because they are currently in the stage of self-actualization. Students need to explore and maximize their potential. I often say, don’t just be ‘butterfly’ students — attending class and going home right after. However, don’t go to the other extreme either. As a faculty, we ensure students remain on the right and safe path,” he stated.He explained that programs like bluChamp not only broaden students’ entrepreneurial knowledge but also provide opportunities to sharpen their business analysis skills through case-based competitions. “This event is an excellent way for students to actualize themselves. Through business case competitions, students can hone their analytical skills on real business cases. Currently, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology is also promoting case-based learning, so this activity aligns with that policy direction,” he added.
Participants of bluChamp received e-certificates, valuable insights for future graduates, and special opportunities to join the bluChamp Business Case Competition at both regional and national levels. This event serves as a platform for FEB UNS students to prepare themselves as young professionals who excel in personal branding and financial management.bluChamp 2025 contributes to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) through enhanced practical learning and non-academic skills development; SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) by promoting financial literacy and entrepreneurship among students; and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) through collaboration between universities, training institutions, and the digital industry.

Acara yang diikuti oleh lebih dari 50 mahasiswa ini berlangsung di Aula Konimex Lt. 3 Gedung Bachtiar Effendi FEB UNS, Rabu, 1 Oktober 2025.

Kegiatan ini menjadi bagian dari rangkaian bluChamp Joglosemar Edition, sebuah roadshow pengembangan diri dan kompetisi bisnis untuk mahasiswa.
Melalui seminar interaktif ini, peserta mendapatkan pemahaman mendalam mengenai strategi membangun personal branding, pengelolaan keuangan digital (digital cash stuffing), serta informasi mengenai bluChamp Business Case Competition, ajang kompetisi analisis kasus bisnis tingkat mahasiswa yang akan datang.

Dua pembicara inspiratif hadir dalam acara ini, yaitu Cintya Auricasita, Growth and Acquisition BCA Digital serta Kintan Himawati (Senior Business Analyst MarkPlus Institute). Keduanya berbagi pengalaman praktis dalam dunia bisnis digital dan pengembangan karier, memberikan wawasan nyata bagi mahasiswa untuk siap menghadapi dunia profesional.
Tastaftiyan Risfandy, S.E., M.Sc., Ph.D., Wakil Dekan bidang Kemahasiswaan dan Alumni FEB UNS, dalam sambutannya menyampaikan pentingnya kegiatan semacam ini dalam mendukung proses aktualisasi diri mahasiswa.
“Acara semacam ini sangat penting bagi mahasiswa karena saat ini mereka berada pada tahap aktualisasi diri. Mahasiswa perlu mengeksplorasi dan memaksimalkan potensi masing-masing. Saya sering mengatakan, jangan hanya menjadi mahasiswa “kupu-kupu”, kuliah pulang, kuliah pulang. Namun, juga jangan berlebihan. Kita di fakultas memastikan mahasiswa tetap dalam koridor yang baik dan aman,” ujarnya.
Dikatakan, kegiatan seperti bluChamp tidak hanya memperkaya wawasan kewirausahaan, tetapi juga memberikan ruang bagi mahasiswa untuk mengasah kemampuan analisis bisnis melalui kompetisi berbasis kasus.

“Kegiatan ini sangat bagus untuk mengaktualisasikan diri. Melalui business case competition, mahasiswa bisa mengasah skill analisis terhadap kasus nyata di dunia bisnis. Saat ini, Kemdiktisaintek juga tengah menggaungkan pembelajaran berbasis kasus. Jadi, acara ini sejalan dengan arah kebijakan tersebut,” tutupnya.
Peserta bluChamp memperoleh E-Certificate, insight untuk calon lulusan baru, serta kesempatan khusus untuk mengikuti bluChamp Business Case Competition di tingkat regional dan nasional.
Acara ini diharapkan menjadi wadah mahasiswa FEB UNS untuk menyiapkan diri menjadi profesional muda yang unggul dalam branding pribadi dan cerdas dalam mengelola keuangan.
Kegiatan bluChamp 2025 berkontribusi terhadap pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs), khususnya SDG 4: Quality Education, melalui peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran berbasis praktik dan pengembangan kompetensi non-akademik; SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, dengan mendorong literasi keuangan dan semangat kewirausahaan di kalangan mahasiswa; SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, karena melibatkan kolaborasi antara universitas, institusi pelatihan, dan sektor industri digital.
