    FEB UNS Hosts Benchmarking Visit from Telkom University FEB, Discusses Strengthening of Digital Business Program and Internationalization

    Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS), welcomes a benchmarking visit from the Faculty of Economics and Business of Universitas Telkom on Tuesday, 20 January 2026, at Meeting Room 1, Soeharno TS Building. The visit served as a strategic forum for discussion and exchange of best practices in managing the Digital Business Study Program, while reinforcing academic quality, governance systems, and adaptive higher education development amid digital transformation.

    In her opening remarks, the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and Research of FEB UNS, Prof. Tri Mulyaningsih, S.E., M.Si., Ph.D., stated that although the Undergraduate Digital Business Study Program at FEB UNS is relatively new, it has demonstrated highly encouraging achievements. In terms of applicant interest and selectivity ratio, the program ranks among the top at UNS and holds the second position within the Social Sciences and Humanities cluster.

    “Although newly established, Digital Business has become highly popular. The high level of selectivity also indicates the strong academic quality of incoming students,” she explained.

    She further outlined that FEB UNS currently manages four undergraduate programs: Accounting, Management, Development Economics, and Digital Business. At the postgraduate level, FEB UNS offers Master’s programs in Accounting, Management, and Development Economics, as well as a Doctoral Program in Economics with three main concentrations: Accounting, Management, and Development Economics.

    Prof. Tri also highlighted FEB UNS’s commitment to quality assurance and internationalization through the pursuit of international accreditation from Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). FEB UNS has entered the Eligibility stage and is currently preparing the Self-Evaluation Report (SER) as part of the accreditation process.

    In terms of academic infrastructure, FEB UNS is supported by eight laboratories and one Fiscal Corner, designed to enhance learning processes, professional training, certification programs, and research activities. Undergraduate students are encouraged to obtain professional certifications, while master’s and doctoral students are facilitated in strengthening research competencies. The Research and Community Service Center (P4M) also plays an active role in supporting scholarly research and community engagement initiatives.

    Meanwhile, Dr. Nurvita Trianasari, Head of the Digital Business Study Program at FEB Universitas Telkom, explained that the visit aimed to conduct benchmarking and academic discussions regarding the management of the Digital Business Study Program.

    “The benchmarking focus includes curriculum development, study program governance, human resource strengthening, implementation of Outcome-Based Education (OBE), and strategies for national and international accreditation,” she stated.

    FEB UNS was selected as a benchmarking partner due to its strong academic reputation, international ranking achievements, and its commitment to developing a Digital Business Study Program that is responsive to industry demands and technological advancements.

    The session continued with a comprehensive presentation led by Aldy Fariz Achsanta, S.E., M.Rech., Ph.D., Head of the Undergraduate Digital Business Study Program at FEB UNS. He provided an overview of the program’s scientific vision, curriculum structure, laboratory support—including the UNS Fintech Center—and strategies for strengthening accreditation status and graduate competitiveness.

    Through this benchmarking and academic exchange, FEB UNS aspires to establish sustained inter-university synergy and collaboration in enhancing educational quality, graduate relevance, and institutional competitiveness at both national and global levels.

    The activity aligns with the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals), through strengthened academic governance and institutional collaboration in higher education.

    Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB) Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) menerima kunjungan benchmarking dari Program Studi S1 Akuntansi Kampus UNESA 5, Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA), pada Kamis, 22 Januari 2026, di Ruang Fiscal Corner, Gedung Soeharno TS FEB UNS.

    Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat tata kelola akademik, meningkatkan mutu program studi, serta memperluas jejaring dan kolaborasi antarinstitusi perguruan tinggi.

    Kegiatan benchmarking dihadiri oleh jajaran pimpinan FEB UNS, dosen Program Studi Akuntansi.

    Rombongan dari UNESA disambut langsung oleh Dekan FEB UNS, Prof. Bhimo Rizky Samudro, S.E., M.Si., Ph.D.

    Dalam sambutannya, Prof. Bhimo menyampaikan bahwa kunjungan benchmarking ini merupakan momentum yang sangat baik, seiring dengan pengembangan dan pembukaan program studi baru di FEB UNS. Ia menegaskan bahwa perbedaan karakter dan basis antarperguruan tinggi justru menjadi kekuatan untuk saling melengkapi.

    “Ketika kami menerima surat dari UNESA, kebetulan kami baru membuka program studi. Ini saya rasa menjadi kesempatan yang baik. Walaupun basisnya berbeda, UNESA lebih kuat pada kependidikan, justru dari situlah kami banyak belajar, khususnya terkait pengajaran,” ungkapnya.

    Lebih lanjut, Prof. Bhimo menjelaskan bahwa sistem kependidikan, pengembangan kurikulum, serta metode pembelajaran yang telah mapan di UNESA dapat menjadi referensi penting bagi FEB UNS. Sebaliknya, FEB UNS juga membuka ruang berbagi praktik baik dalam pengelolaan akademik dan pengembangan program studi.

    Ia juga menekankan bahwa potensi kerja sama dapat dilakukan secara bertahap, baik secara parsial maupun per program studi. Beberapa bidang yang berpeluang untuk dikolaborasikan antara lain pengelolaan jurnal ilmiah, pengembangan kelas internasional, serta pelaksanaan Rekognisi Pembelajaran Lampau (RPL).

    Dalam sesi selanjutnya, Ketua Program Studi S1 Akuntansi FEB UNS, Prof. Doddy Setiawan, S.E., M.Si., Ph.D., Ak. menyampaikan paparan mengenai profil dan pengelolaan Program Studi Akuntansi.

    Paparan tersebut mencakup kurikulum, sistem pembelajaran, tata kelola akademik, hingga berbagai inovasi dan program pengembangan yang telah dijalankan. Sesi ini menjadi ruang diskusi interaktif dan pertukaran praktik baik antara FEB UNS dan Program Studi S1 Akuntansi UNESA.

    Melalui kegiatan benchmarking ini, diharapkan terjalin sinergi dan kolaborasi berkelanjutan antara FEB UNS dan UNESA dalam rangka peningkatan kualitas pendidikan tinggi, khususnya di bidang akuntansi.

    Kegiatan ini mendukung pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), khususnya SDG 4 (Pendidikan Berkualitas) dan SDG 17 (Kemitraan untuk Mencapai Tujuan) melalui penguatan mutu akademik dan kolaborasi antarinstitusi perguruan tinggi.

    Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB) Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) menerima kunjungan benchmarking dari FEB Universitas Telkom dalam rangka diskusi dan pertukaran praktik  pengelolaan Program Studi Bisnis Digital, Selasa 20 Januari 2026 di Ruang Sidang 1 Gedung Soeharno TS.

    Kegiatan ini menjadi forum strategis untuk memperkuat mutu akademik, tata kelola program studi, serta pengembangan pendidikan tinggi yang adaptif terhadap transformasi digital.

    Dalam sambutannya, Wakil Dekan Bidang Akademik dan Penelitian FEB UNS, Prof. Tri Mulyaningsih, S.E., M.Si., Ph.D., menyampaikan bahwa Program Studi S-1 Bisnis Digital FEB UNS, meskipun tergolong baru, menunjukkan capaian yang sangat membanggakan.

    Dari sisi peminat dan tingkat keketatan, Prodi Bisnis Digital FEB UNS menempati peringkat tinggi di UNS, bahkan berada pada posisi kedua untuk rumpun Sosial dan Humaniora.

    “Walaupun baru, Bisnis Digital ini sangat populer. Dari tingkat keketatan yang tinggi tersebut, kualitas input mahasiswa juga sangat baik,” ungkap Prof. Tri.

    Disampaikan pula, FEB UNS saat ini mengelola Program Studi S-1 Akuntansi, Manajemen, Ekonomi Pembangunan, serta Program Studi S-1 Bisnis Digital. Pada jenjang pascasarjana, tersedia Magister Akuntansi, Magister Manajemen, dan Magister Ekonomi Studi Pembangunan, serta Program Doktor Ilmu Ekonomi dengan tiga peminatan utama, yaitu Akuntansi, Manajemen, dan Ekonomi Pembangunan.

    Pada kesempatan tersebut, Prof. Tri juga memaparkan komitmen FEB UNS dalam penguatan kualitas dan internasionalisasi melalui proses akreditasi internasional AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business). Saat ini, FEB UNS telah memasuki tahap awal (Eligibility) dan tengah menyusun Self-Evaluation Report (SER) sebagai bagian dari proses akreditasi.

    Dari sisi sarana pendukung, FEB UNS didukung oleh delapan laboratorium dan satu Fiscal Corner yang diarahkan untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran, pelatihan, sertifikasi, serta kegiatan riset.

    Mahasiswa program sarjana didorong mengikuti pelatihan dan sertifikasi profesi, sementara mahasiswa magister dan doktor difasilitasi untuk penguatan riset. Selain itu, Pusat Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (P4M) turut berperan aktif mendukung kegiatan riset dan pengabdian sivitas akademika.

    Sementara itu, dalam sambutannya, Dr. Nurvita Trianasari, Ketua Program Studi Bisnis Digital FEB Universitas Telkom, menyampaikan bahwa kunjungan ini bertujuan untuk melaksanakan benchmarking dan diskusi akademik terkait pengelolaan Program Studi Bisnis Digital.

    “Fokus benchmarking meliputi pengembangan kurikulum, tata kelola program studi, penguatan sumber daya manusia, implementasi pembelajaran berbasis Outcome-Based Education (OBE), serta strategi akreditasi nasional dan internasional” paparnya.

    FEB UNS dipilih sebagai mitra benchmarking karena memiliki reputasi akademik yang kuat, capaian pemeringkatan internasional, serta komitmen pengembangan Program Studi Bisnis Digital yang responsif terhadap kebutuhan industri dan perkembangan teknologi digital.

    Kegiatan ini dilanjutkan dengan pemaparan materi dan diskusi yang dipimpin oleh Aldy Fariz Achsanta, S.E., M.Rech., Ph.D., Ketua Program Studi S-1 Bisnis Digital FEB UNS.

    Dalam paparannya, disampaikan gambaran menyeluruh mengenai pengelolaan Program Studi Bisnis Digital, mulai dari visi keilmuan, kurikulum, dukungan laboratorium seperti UNS Fintech Center, hingga strategi penguatan akreditasi dan daya saing lulusan.

    Melalui kegiatan benchmarking dan diskusi ini, FEB UNS berharap terjalin sinergi dan kolaborasi berkelanjutan antarperguruan tinggi dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, relevansi lulusan, serta daya saing institusi di tingkat nasional dan global.     FEB UNS Welcomes Research Collaboration with HIPELKI in Preparation for the Medical Device Industry Whitepaper

    Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS), received a visit from the Indonesian Medical Device Ecosystem Development Association (HIPELKI) to explore a research collaboration in preparation for the whitepaper on the business conditions of the medical device industry. The whitepaper is intended to serve as policy input for the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. The meeting took place on Thursday, 22 January 2026, at the Dean Office Meeting Room of FEB UNS, and also functioned as a courtesy meeting and an initial discussion to strengthen synergy between academia and industry stakeholders.

    The Vice Dean for Academic and Research Affairs FEB UNS, Prof. Tri Mulyaningsih, S.E., M.Si., Ph.D., expressed her appreciation for the visit and affirmed FEB’s readiness to engage in strategic collaboration. She emphasized the importance of cross-sector synergy in developing research with tangible impact. According to her, the involvement of partners from associations, industry, and government institutions will enhance the quality of research outputs and Community Engagement, while also strengthening institutional recognition at the university level.

    During the meeting, Prof. Tri introduced several lecturers and academic administrators within FEB UNS who have the potential to be involved in the collaboration. The diversity of expertise was considered relevant to supporting a comprehensive assessment of the medical device business ecosystem. She also outlined FEB UNS’s academic capacity, which includes undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral programs in Management, Accounting, and Economics.

    From a research perspective, FEB UNS is supported by various research centers that actively conduct applied research aligned with stakeholder needs. She stated that the faculty is open to understanding HIPELKI’s specific requirements to ensure that the collaboration is well targeted and contributes to evidence-based policymaking.

    The Chairman of HIPELKI, dr. Randy H. Teguh, M.M., explained that the whitepaper aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the conditions and challenges facing the national medical device industry. The document is expected to serve as a reference in the formulation of fiscal policies and government support for strengthening the domestic medical device industry.

    This audience meeting marked an initial step in engaging higher education institutions as academic partners in the preparation of the study. The collaboration also aligns with FEB UNS’s commitment to supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being) through strengthening the medical device industry ecosystem, SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure) through innovation-based research support, and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) through synergy among universities, associations, industry, and government.

    Welcoming 2026, FEB UNS Strengthens Solidarity between Academic Support Staff and Faculty Leadership

    Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS), organized the Early-Year Gathering and Coordination Meeting for Academic Support Staff with the Faculty Leadership on Tuesday (6 January 2026) at the Konimex Hall, Bachtiar Effendi Building, FEB UNS. The activity served as a strategic momentum for strengthening coordination, evaluating performance, and aligning a shared vision in developing FEB UNS as a more cohesive and adaptive faculty.

    In her remarks, the Dean of FEB UNS, Prof. Bhimo Rizky Samudro, S.E., M.Si., Ph.D., expressed his appreciation and gratitude for the dedication of all Academic Support Staff. “Hopefully, 2026 will be a better year. Despite differences in working styles and individual characteristics, we must remain united as one team and uphold a shared vision in developing FEB,” the Dean stated.

    Prof. Bhimo further emphasized the importance of togetherness, solidarity, and collaboration within the organization. According to him, the unity of the entire FEB community, including both lecturers and Academic Support Staff, is a key of the faculty’s sustained performance.

    Meanwhile, the Vice Dean for Non-Academic Affairs, Sutaryo, S.E., M.Si., Ph.D., Ak., CA., CRA., CRP., ACPA, conveyed that the Dean Office remains open to evaluations and feedback from Academic Support Staff regarding faculty management over the past one year and three months. He noted that staff rotation, reassignment, and human resource development are the elements of a healthy organizational mechanism and are not based on subjective considerations. In his address, the Vice Dean also highlighted the importance of enhancing the competencies of Academic Support Staff at both national and international levels as strategic support for FEB UNS’s target of achieving AACSB international accreditation. Certification programs, including those from the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP) and international Microsoft certifications, continue to be prioritized as part of human resource development initiatives in 2026.

    “International accreditation is not a simple undertaking and cannot be achieved without the contribution of Academic Support Staff and students. Therefore, improving staff competency is a shared necessity,” he asserted.

    He also highlighted that FEB UNS is a “shared home” whose reputation and sustainability must be collectively safeguarded by fostering a common intention to grow and improve together. On the same occasion, the Vice Dean for Student and Alumni Affairs, Tastaftiyan Risfandy, S.E., M.Sc., Ph.D., expressed appreciation to the Academic Support Staff for their active support in student services and the management of student affairs.

    The activity also provided an open forum for dialogue between the faculty leadership and Academic Support Staff. During the discussion session, several staff members conveyed their aspirations and sought guidance regarding the implementation of their duties. As part of the event, a ceremonial presentation of a token of appreciation was given to Christina Yulia Puspita Dewanti, S.IP., who has been assigned a new role at the UNS Vocational School. Meanwhile, the position of FEB UNS treasurer is now held by Y. Hastuti, S.M.

    Through this activity, FEB UNS reaffirmed its commitment to building professional, inclusive, and sustainable faculty governance by positioning strong synergy between leadership and Academic Support Staff as the primary foundation toward an excellent and globally competitive faculty.

    This activity supports the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and SDG 16 (Strong Institutions), through the strengthening of human resource competencies, professional work culture, and sustainable organizational governance at FEB UNS.

    Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB) Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) menerima kunjungan Himpunan Pengembangan Ekosistem Alat Kesehatan Indonesia (HIPELKI) dalam rangka penjajakan kolaborasi penyusunan whitepaper kondisi bisnis alat kesehatan yang akan menjadi bahan masukan bagi Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia.

    Pertemuan berlangsung pada Kamis 22 Januari 2026 di Ruang Sidang Dekan FEB UNS dan menjadi ajang silaturahmi sekaligus diskusi awal penguatan sinergi antara akademisi dan pemangku kepentingan industri.

    Wakil Dekan Bidang Akademik dan Penelitian FEB UNS, Prof. Tri Mulyaningsih, S.E., M.Si., Ph.D. menyampaikan apresiasi atas kunjungan tersebut dan menegaskan kesiapan FEB untuk terlibat dalam kolaborasi strategis.

    Ia menekankan pentingnya sinergi lintas sektor dalam pengembangan riset yang berdampak nyata.

    Menurutnya, keterlibatan mitra dari asosiasi, industri, maupun pemerintah akan memperkuat kualitas luaran riset dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, sekaligus meningkatkan rekognisi institusi di tingkat universitas.

    Dalam pertemuan tersebut, Prof. Tri turut memperkenalkan sejumlah dosen dan pengelola di lingkungan FEB UNS yang berpotensi terlibat dalam kolaborasi.

    Keberagaman kepakaran ini dinilai relevan untuk mendukung kajian komprehensif terkait ekosistem bisnis alat kesehatan.

    Prof. Tri juga memaparkan kapasitas akademik FEB UNS yang mencakup program pendidikan jenjang sarjana, magister, hingga doktor di bidang Manajemen, Akuntansi, dan Ilmu Ekonomi.

    Dari sisi penelitian, FEB UNS memiliki berbagai pusat kajian yang aktif melakukan riset terapan sesuai kebutuhan pemangku kepentingan. Ia menegaskan bahwa fakultas terbuka untuk mendengar kebutuhan konkret dari HIPELKI agar kolaborasi riset yang terjalin dapat tepat sasaran dan memberi kontribusi kebijakan berbasis data.

    Ketua Umum HIPELKI, dr. Randy H. Teguh, MM, menyampaikan bahwa penyusunan whitepaper ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran menyeluruh mengenai kondisi dan tantangan bisnis alat kesehatan nasional.

    Dokumen tersebut diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan dalam perumusan kebijakan fiskal dan dukungan pemerintah terhadap penguatan industri alat kesehatan dalam negeri.

    Audiensi ini menjadi langkah awal untuk menggandeng perguruan tinggi sebagai mitra akademik dalam penyusunan kajian tersebut.

    Kolaborasi ini juga sejalan dengan komitmen FEB UNS dalam mendukung pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), khususnya SDG 3 (Kehidupan Sehat dan Sejahtera) melalui penguatan ekosistem industri alat kesehatan, SDG 9 (Industri, Inovasi, dan Infrastruktur) lewat dukungan riset berbasis inovasi, serta SDG 17 (Kemitraan untuk Mencapai Tujuan) melalui sinergi antara perguruan tinggi, asosiasi, industri, dan pemerintah.

    FEB UNS Sosialisasikan Arah dan Prioritas P4M Tahun 2026, Dorong Kolaborasi Riset dan Penguatan Integritas Akademik

    Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB) Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) menyelenggarakan Sosialisasi dan Koordinasi Aktivitas Pusat Pengembangan Penelitian dan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat (P4M) Tahun 2026, Senin (12/1/2026), secara daring melalui Zoom Meeting.

    Kegiatan yang dihadiri oleh dosen FEB UNS ini dilaksanakan untuk menyelaraskan program dan aktivitas P4M dengan Perjanjian Kinerja UNS Tahun 2026, menegaskan kebijakan dan standar penelitian khususnya terkait ethical clearance, membangun ekosistem riset yang kolaboratif, berintegritas, dan berkelanjutan, serta menginformasikan peluang pengembangan riset dan penguatan kapasitas dosen.

    Terkait Perjanjian Kinerja UNS Tahun 2026, Dila Maghrifani, S.E., B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D, Ketua P4M memaparkan bahwa arah kebijakan dan prioritas strategis P4M UNS tahun 2026 difokuskan pada empat sasaran utama, yaitu peningkatan publikasi internasional bereputasi khususnya jurnal Q1, penguatan kolaborasi riset internasional, kontribusi nyata terhadap pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) terutama SDG 1, 4, dan 17, serta pengembangan kompetensi dan kapasitas dosen melalui program upskilling dan upgrading.

    Selain itu, P4M UNS juga menyampaikan adanya indikator kinerja utama (IKU) baru yang secara khusus menargetkan publikasi ilmiah bertema kebudayaan Jawa, sebagai bentuk komitmen UNS dalam melestarikan nilai-nilai budaya lokal melalui karya akademik.

    Dalam evaluasi capaian tahun sebelumnya, Dila Maghrifani menyampaikan bahwa kualitas publikasi dosen FEB UNS pada tahun 2025 menunjukkan tren positif pada level Q1 dan Q2. Namun demikian, secara kuantitas masih mengalami penurunan. Oleh karena itu, dosen didorong untuk memperkuat riset kolaboratif lintas Research Group (RG) dan multidisiplin, menyasar hibah penelitian dengan skala yang lebih luas, serta melakukan pemutakhiran roadmap penelitian agar selaras dengan isu strategis dan target SDGs.

    Aspek etika dan integritas penelitian menjadi perhatian utama dalam sosialisasi ini. Ditekankan bahwa Ethical Clearance (EC) merupakan persyaratan wajib bagi seluruh penelitian yang melibatkan subjek manusia, penggunaan data personal atau sensitif, serta penelitian sosial, perilaku, dan eksperimental. Penelitian yang tidak memiliki EC yang sah tidak dapat diproses lebih lanjut, khususnya untuk publikasi pada jurnal internasional bereputasi.

    Disampaikan pula bahwa P4M tidak memiliki kewenangan menerbitkan EC. Untuk itu, dosen diarahkan mengajukan EC melalui Komite Etik FKIP UNS bagi penelitian sosial humaniora, atau melalui Komite Etik Fakultas Kedokteran UNS untuk penelitian non-soshum, kesehatan, dan eksperimental. Dalam konteks ini, P4M berperan dalam sosialisasi kebijakan, pendampingan administratif, serta mendorong kepatuhan etika penelitian.

    Pada kesempatan yang sama, P4M mensosialisasikan tiga SOP baru dari LPPM UNS, yakni SOP 001, SOP 002, dan SOP 003 tentang pencegahan pelanggaran integritas akademik dosen. SOP tersebut mengatur secara terintegrasi mekanisme pencegahan sejak pelaporan luaran ilmiah, sistem pelaporan dugaan pelanggaran yang transparan dan akuntabel, hingga proses pemeriksaan dan penetapan tingkat pelanggaran dengan sanksi yang terukur.

    Melalui sosialisasi ini, FEB UNS menegaskan komitmennya untuk membangun ekosistem riset yang kolaboratif, berintegritas, dan berkelanjutan, sekaligus memperkuat kontribusi institusi dalam pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan, pengabdian kepada masyarakat, dan reputasi akademik di tingkat nasional maupun intern

    Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB) Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) menyelenggarakan kegiatan Silaturahmi dan Koordinasi Awal Tahun Tenaga Kependidikan (Tendik) dengan Pimpinan Fakultas, Selasa (6/1/2026) di Aula Konimex Gedung Bachtiar Effendi FEB UNS.

    Kegiatan ini menjadi momentum penguatan koordinasi, evaluasi kinerja, serta penyamaan visi dalam membangun FEB UNS yang lebih solid dan adaptif.

    Dekan FEB UNS, Prof. Bhimo Rizky Samudro, S.E., M.Si., Ph.D., dalam sambutannya menyampaikan apresiasi dan terima kasih atas dedikasi seluruh Tendik.

    “Kami berharap tahun 2026 bisa menjadi tahun yang lebih baik. Dengan perbedaan gaya dan karakter, kita tetap harus solid sebagai satu tim, memiliki visi yang sama untuk membangun FEB,” ujar Dekan.

    Lebih lanjut, Prof. Bhimo menekankan pentingnya kebersamaan, kekompakan, dan kerja sama lintas peran dalam organisasi. Soliditas seluruh warga FEB, baik dosen maupun tendik menjadi kunci keberlanjutan kinerja fakultas.

    Sementara itu, Wakil Dekan Bidang Nonakademik, Sutaryo, S.E., M.Si., Ph.D., Ak., CA., CRA., CRP., ACPA, menyampaikan bahwa dekanat terbuka terhadap evaluasi dan masukan dari tendik terkait pengelolaan fakultas selama satu tahun tiga bulan terakhir.

    Menurutnya, rotasi, mutasi, maupun pengembangan SDM merupakan bagian dari mekanisme organisasi yang sehat dan tidak didasarkan pada pertimbangan subjektif.

    Dalam arahannya, WD Bidang Nonakademik juga menyoroti pentingnya peningkatan kompetensi tenaga kependidikan, baik pada level nasional maupun internasional, sebagai dukungan strategis terhadap target akreditasi internasional AACSB FEB UNS. Program sertifikasi, termasuk sertifikasi BNSP dan sertifikasi internasional Microsoft, menjadi agenda pengembangan SDM yang terus didorong pada tahun 2026.

    “Akreditasi internasional bukan tugas ringan dan tidak mungkin dicapai tanpa peran tendik dan mahasiswa. Karena itu, peningkatan kompetensi menjadi kebutuhan bersama,” tegasnya.

    Ia juga menekankan bahwa FEB UNS merupakan “rumah bersama” yang harus dijaga nama baik dan keberlanjutannya secara kolektif, dengan mengedepankan niat untuk bertumbuh dan memperbaiki diri secara bersama-sama.

    Pada kesempatan yang sama, Wakil Dekan Bidang Kemahasiswaan dan Alumni, Tastaftiyan Risfandy, S.E., M.Sc., Ph.D., menyampaikan apresiasi kepada para tenaga kependidikan atas dukungan aktif dalam pelayanan dan pengelolaan bidang kemahasiswaan.

    Kegiatan ini juga menjadi ruang dialog terbuka antara pimpinan fakultas dan tenaga kependidikan. Dalam sesi diskusi dan penyampaian masukan, sejumlah tendik menyampaikan aspirasi serta mohon arahan  terkait pelaksanaan tugasnya.

    Dalam rangkaian acara tersebut, juga diadakan seremoni penyerahan cinderamata kepada Christina Yulia Puspita Dewanti, S.IP., yang mendapat penugasan baru di Sekolah Vokasi UNS. Sementara itu, posisi bendahara FEB UNS kini diemban oleh Y. Hastuti, S.M.

    Melalui kegiatan ini, FEB UNS meneguhkan komitmennya untuk membangun tata kelola fakultas yang profesional, inklusif, dan berkelanjutan, dengan menjadikan sinergi antara pimpinan dan tenaga kependidikan sebagai fondasi utama menuju FEB yang unggul dan berdaya saing global.

    Kegiatan ini mendukung pencapaian SDG 4 (Pendidikan Berkualitas), SDG 8 (Pekerjaan Layak dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi), dan SDG 16 (Kelembagaan yang Tangguh) melalui penguatan kompetensi SDM, profesionalisme kerja, dan tata kelola organisasi FEB UNS yang berkelanjutan.

    P4M FEB UNS Disseminates the 2026 Direction and Priorities, Encouraging Research Collaboration and Strengthening Academic Integrity

    Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS), held a Virtual Dissemination and Coordination Meeting on the Center for Research and Community Engagement Development (P4M) 2026 Activities, Monday (12/1/2025) via Zoom Meeting.

    Attended by FEB UNS academic staff, the activity aimed to align P4M programs and activities with the UNS 2026 Performance Agreement, reaffirming research policies and standards—particularly those related to ethical clearance—build a collaborative, integrity-based, and sustainable research ecosystem, and disseminate information on research development opportunities and capacity building for lecturers.

    In line with the UNS Performance Agreement for 2026, Dila Maghrifani, S.E., B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D., Chair of P4M, explained that the policy direction and strategic priorities of P4M UNS for 2026 focus on four main targets: increasing internationally reputable publications, particularly Q1 journals; strengthening international research collaboration; contributing meaningfully to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially SDGs 1, 4, and 17; and developing lecturers’ competencies and capacities through upskilling and upgrading programs.

    Moreover, P4M UNS introduced a new Key Performance Indicator (KPI) that specifically targets scientific publications with themes related to Javanese culture, reflecting UNS’s commitment to preserving local cultural values through academic work.

    In reviewing achievements from the previous year, Dila Maghrifani noted that the quality of FEB UNS lecturers’ publications in 2025 showed a positive trend at the Q1 and Q2 levels. Nevertheless, publication output declined in terms of quantity. Accordingly, lecturers were encouraged to strengthen collaborative research across Research Groups (RGs) and disciplines, pursue larger-scale research grants, and update their research roadmaps to ensure alignment with strategic issues and SDG targets.

    Research ethics and integrity constituted a key focus of the dissemination, where she stressed that Ethical Clearance (EC) is a mandatory requirement for all research involving human subjects, the use of personal or sensitive data, as well as social, behavioral, and experimental studies. Research without valid Ethical Clearance cannot be processed further, particularly for publication in internationally reputable journals.

    She also clarifies that P4M does not have the authority to issue Ethical Clearance. Lecturers are therefore directed to submit EC applications through the UNS Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) Ethics Committee for social and humanities research, or through the UNS Faculty of Medicine Ethics Committee for non-social sciences, health-related, and experimental research. In this context, P4M plays a role in policy dissemination, administrative assistance, and encouraging compliance with research ethics.

    On the same occasion, P4M also disseminated three new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) issued by LPPM UNS—SOP 001, SOP 002, and SOP 003—concerning the prevention of lecturers’ academic integrity violations. These SOPs comprehensively regulate mechanisms for preventing and reporting misconduct in scholarly outputs, establishment of a transparent and accountable reporting systems for alleged violations, as well as procedures for examination and determination of violation levels with proportionate sanctions.

    Through this activity, FEB UNS reaffirmed its commitment to building a collaborative, integrity-based, and sustainable research ecosystem, while strengthening the institution’s contribution to the advancement of knowledge, community engagement, and academic reputation at both national and international levels.

    Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS), holds a Monitoring and Evaluation of the Teaching and Learning Process (MONEV PBM) on Monday, 29 December 2025, at UNS Tower. This occasion serves as a forum for internal evaluation aimed at improving the quality of academic services within FEB UNS.

    The Vice Dean for Academic and Research Affairs FEB UNS, Prof. Tri Mulyaningsih, S.E., M.Si., Ph.D., opens the workshop by expressing her appreciation and gratitude to all Academic Support Staff in the Academic Affairs division for their responsibility, dedication, and collaboration throughout 2025.

    “On behalf of the academic affairs division, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to all Academic Support Staff in the First Division (Academic Affairs), including academic service officers, operators, academic administration staff, Subdivision Heads, as well as the Head of the Administrative Office. Thank you for the constructive collaboration that has been established thus far, and hopefully our synergy will continue to improve in the future,” she states.

    On this occasion, Prof. Tri also invites Academic Support Staff to convey the constraints and challenges encountered in carrying out their respective duties, particularly over the past one to two years during her term as Vice Dean for Academic and Research Affairs.

    The workshop is designed as an open and constructive dialogue. All attending Academic Support Staff are provided with adequate opportunities to share challenges and provide input as material for evaluation and improvement of academic services.

    FEB UNS reaffirms its commitment to begin implementing an integrated Monitoring and Evaluation of the Teaching and Learning Process (MONEV PBM) system involving the Academic Affairs division, Study Programs, and the Quality Assurance Unit (UPM), which is scheduled to be applied starting in the second term of the 2025/2026 Academic Year.

    The system is expected to improve cross-unit coordination, increase the effectiveness of learning evaluation, and support data-informed decision-making based on continuous feedback. This activity aligns with the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) through the improvement of academic service quality, as well as SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions) by promoting effective, transparent, and participatory governance in higher education institutions.
